Brunei trainee teachers used the task-oriented‚ emotion-oriented‚ and avoidance-oriented coping strategies when in stressful situations. Data collection employed the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations. Participants consisted of 118 educational psychology student teachers at the University of Brunei Darussalam.
