Boeing is the leading giant of aerospace industry and also a chief manufacturer of combined commercial jetliners and military aircraft. The company delivers its products and services to more than 150 countries, and termed as the largest exporter. Boeing products and services accounts of commercial and military aircraft, satellites, weapons, electronic & defence systems, launch systems, advanced information and communication systems, and performance-based logistics and training. The firm consistently works on e-enabling airplanes and providing connectivity on moving platforms. Also it arranges financing solutions for its worldwide customers. The company proposes that the use of bio-fuel will help in reducing flight-related greenhouse gas emission to 80%.
The company operates in 3 major segments Commercial Airplanes, Boeing Defence, Space & Security (BDS) and Boeing Capital Corporation (BCC). Boeing Defence, Space & Security (BDS) comprises Boeing Military Aircraft (BMA), Network & Space Systems (N&SS), and Global Services & Support (GS&S). Also the company is involved in activities of engineering, operations and technology (EO&T) and Shared Services Group (SSG).
Boeing Company was founded on 15 July, 1916 by William Boeing in Seattle, Washington, U.S. It was incorporated on July 1934, as Boeing Airplane Company which was formerly known as Pacific Aero Products Company. It is headquartered at Chicago, Illinois, U.S. the headcounts of the company is over 165,000 people – majorly from U.S. and more than 65 countries. The company operates in more than 145 countries and executes in segments like rotorcraft, electronic & defense systems, missiles, rocket engines, satellites, launch vehicles, and advanced information & communication systems. The company managed to position at 95th on the global fortune 500 list in 2013 for recording $86.623 billion sales.     2. The novel takes place, as its title suggests, in two cities: London and Paris. What are some of the differences between these two cities? Between their denizens? What about characters who travel—or move residence—from one to another? How are the cities themselves divided in two? In the first chapter of Tale of Two Cities Dickens states that “There was a king with a large jaw and a queen with a plain face on the throne of England; there was a king with a large jaw and a queen with a fair face on the throne of France” which is starting the book off with comparisons between England and France. Dickens portrays London as a more safe city then Paris, the trials are less cruel, and there are not heads rolling from the guillotine. Paris, on the other hand is more violent, and uses the guillotine to kill there queen. London is more of a “safe haven” and Paris is more of a hell-hole. During the last half of Tale of Two Cities it shows that France has made many new laws about emigrants, and hardly anyone is safe. They kill traitors, innocent, and pretty much everyone who they can prove guilty in court. England, on the other hand does not have any laws about emigrants being traitors, and do not have killing sprees of everyone in prisons.…
