Apple’s founding team started with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, later joined by Mike Markkula. Does Apple have a good founding team? Yes. They have Steve Jobs for creating and promoting the ideas. In addition, Steve Jobs was able to establish the network, he helped Apple getting their first computer order. He also had a clear goal, establish their own company. Steve Jobs had some value problems. The check that Steve Jobs received for Break-Out was a lot more than what he paid to Steve Wozniak. Let’s look at another Steve, Steve Wozniak. Wozniak may not have skills like job in promoting products but definitely is a genius in creating computer. Wozniak does not have networking skills like Jobs. He also does not have a clear goal like Jobs. Values, apparently Wozniak has a more appealing value as a business partner. Lastly, Mike Markkula, the person who provided the source of money. His role does not really require that much skills in inventing computer. What he needs was to invest the right money, and he did. He also has good networking skill. He was able to help company to find the executive chief thru his networking. His goal is simple, making money. When picking side, Mike was sided with Wozniak, I believe they also have same values as well.

Without Jobs ideas and Wozniak’s designs, there will be no Apple computer people use now. They should be
