The fight for $15 and fairness is a campaign that is fighting for the minimum wage to be $15, across Canada and North America. The main goal for this campaign is for good hours for a good income, paid on sick days, minimum wage increases to $15, workers' right to organize(unions), and the respect of the workers and respect at work. Getting paid a good income for decent hours is very important to have because most employees do not have a full time job. The way the campaign will achieve this is by making employees full-time from part-time before they decide to hire new employees. Also including fair schedules because some employees need to work and go to school or take care of their kids so having a fair schedule timing makes it easier on
employees. Being paid on sick days is also incredibly essential because if you go to work while you are sick because you cannot afford to take a day off, you will make everyone at work sick and that ends up becoming a bigger issue for health and safety.
