1929 And The Great Depression
The years of 1929 to 1939 while The Great Depression was taking place marked some of the worst periods of poverty, stock market crash, and hardship. The west experienced one of the most intense and longest lasting battles to ever be fought. It began in the United States, but it spreaded quickly to countries throughout the world. In the United States, banks collapsed, businesses started going downhill, and millions of people lost their jobs. The result was a major level of poverty, hunger, and homelessness that the country had never experienced before.
The collapse of the stock market crash in 1929 had a big impact on the Great Depression. For a couple of years the stock market increased rapidly until october of 1929 they started decreasing

During World War I the U.S. had loaned supplies and money to their European Allies; not having these supplies or money caused the countries to go into debt making the depression go worldwide.
