With a Master’s degree one can become a Human Resource Manager, this field requires the HR manager to possess additional skills from the bachelor’s entry level job. These skills are: Leadership and Organizational skills, skills needed to manage not only an office but a group or team of individuals. The associates level for this field only need the employee to possess detail oriented, interpersonal, listening and speaking skills. As their gain both the education and experience they will develop more skills in order to sustain more difficult jobs like the HR Manager who possesses a Master’s Degree entry level. At the very moment, the only skill I have no used or develop is organizational skills, which is mostly use with big companies and organizations that scatter across different locations and depend on that one manager to conduct operational goals.
