3.1.2. Translation techniques adapted to recruitment
As we already saw in the previous parts, finding the right keywords for recruiting is vital, especially for Boolean searches. Translators use technical glossaries when they work on a specific domain. It could be very useful applied to recruitment, first to understand some specific technical words and then to use synonyms in Boolean searches, in order to increase the chances to find more candidates.
