The healthcare industry is in high demands. America is without question, the leading country of medical and scientific advances. There are always new medical breakthroughs on the news and in the daily paper as it relates to the cure of diseases. However, the medical research requires an enormous amount of dedicated staff that will give their best and thus providing quality healthcare. Having a career in the healthcare profession will provide assist with staffing issues, medical research, and the curing of diseases and being a part of the advancement of medicine. The challenges of staffing in this profession have become much more complex. There are healthcare facilities and other organizations being built every
day and they will need qualified staff to help run their company. Being in school now there will be opportunity for me to be included in building a company and offering quality care. Medical research aid in the advancement of medicine. It gives people hope that the industry is working hard to find the best cures of treatment for the different health issues that plague our country. Autism is one of the leading researches done today in children’s health. The diseases is becoming more common in today’s youth. When we research the defiance, it says that “just by going into air pollution at an early age can result in the brain having some harmful effects”. Research is important to advancement and to be in a field that supports research is exciting! Finding a cure for the diseases that plague America and other countries put you in a feeling of being a trailblazer in the field of medicine. My family is plagued by cancer, heart diseases and diabetes. To know that the healthcare profession is at the brink of finding cures to these diseases and that there are medicines that will be able to help with the diseases are amazing. Yet, we are a long way off, we are so close to making medical history.
In conclusion, being in the medical field and contributing to the advancement of medicine in a desire that has long been with me. I am thankful for the privilege that is given to me to make a change in medicine.
