A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 2 Scene 1 Analysis

The scenes that I am playing are Act 2 Scene 1, and Act 3 Scene 2. The first scene is when Demetrius tells Helena to stop following him when searching for Lysander and Hermia. The second scene is when Demetrius gets the “Love in Idleness” flower juice in his eyes, and Helena gets mad at him.
I play Helena, and in the first scene I will have to act like nothing will get in the way of me following Demetrius. I’ll keep on trying to run after him, and I’ll seem taken aback when he starts to act very cruelly to me, then continue trying to win his love. I’ll try to grab him many times as he tries to get away from me. I’ll use a pleading, soft tone when begging, and even if my voice gets harder, it will eventually die back down.
