Legal Issues The legal impact that would affect the college is another external factor which the business cannot control the decisions outside the business. The European Union agrees on new recycling targets and green emissions targets. Then even though the college might be affect by this law then they will need to consider this and work with this. For example, they need to recycle their not used products and recycle their papers. The college does also need to know about the age discrimination law because they could be taking to court because of their employees, which think they are not treated fairly. This will also affect the college on their providing education because if their customers hear about this then they would like to attend their business.
