Now we will look at the following aspects. 1.What are the aspirations of your mentor and the management (including yours) 2.The aspiration may be in business terms or financial terms.3.Convert the aspirations into top line and bottom line financials. 4.What are the changes in PESTEL and Porter’s five forces that we may see three years down the line (some guestimate!)5.If we were to achieve the estimated top line and bottom line, what would be the OST for each of our functions (Drill down by function) 6.Define OST for each of the functions in detail by 1st.year,2nd year and 3rd. year.Please submit both last time's assignment and this assignment as part of a single consolidated file. A company was started in 1979 by the name of “Kaveri Engineers”. It was started by two brothers - Mr.Mahesh Ganatra and his younger brother Mr.Kishore Ganatra. Both were doing jobs when they started with their own manufacturing business of chemical and pharmaceutical machinery.
Mr. Ganatra first came to Mumbai in the year 1969. Mr Mahesh Ganatra is a graduate in BSc (chemistry as principle subject and physics as subsidiary subject) from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in the year 1973. Though he did his schooling in Gujarat, he could speak fluent English after he passed out from the College. He secured his first job in the year of 1973 at 350 Rs per month in a rubber lining company as an assistant sales executive.
In 1973, younger brother Mr. Kishor Ganatra came to Mumbai where he started studying commerce. After the completion of commerce, he took the job as an Asst. accountant in the year 1975 at Terrytex Pvt. Ltd. It was the year 1976, when Mr. Kishor Ganatra
