Poverty: A Perennial Problem
Introduction
Poverty affects everyone. There is no such thing as a perfect world; hence, society can never be equal. To be living in poverty is a horrible state to be in, for the individual will be lacking in essential aspects needed for life. People deserve to have equal human rights, yet why does half of the world still live without a home, education, healthcare or food?

The poverty rate affects the country in times of political instability, natural calamities, and economic crisis.

Poverty in the Philippines causes many incidences. These include the low economic growth, failure to manage population growth, the inequality distribution of income, and natural disaster. Poverty is also cause by corruption (lack of good governance), lack of education (poor quality) and low wages (poor economy). Corruption causes poverty as it’s subtracts from the budget of both the country and its citizens.
Conclusion
Poverty still remains as one of the main problem in the country. Many experts made research on how to solve it. Though poverty reduces still it will not stop. As many citizens say that those persons who are in higher position must have knowledge about the solution on this problem that they should make an effective solution to ensure this perennial problem in the country. Without the balance of help from the both parties, the government and the citizen, poverty will always be a problem.
