When you over pressurize a suspect of terrorist, there is a more than 50- 50 probability that you get garbage information in the sense wrong information. Sometimes over torture makes the suspect to speak what the interrogator wants to hear rather than speaking the truth. As seen in the movie as well as in real life, their right to a fair trial was violated. They did not give the detainees to appear in a fair trial. They just started interrogating the suspects if they even found a normal evidence without verifying it! Like that can be a coincidence also!
