After considering and analyzing employees’ wish and the cost of installing vending machine basing on brochures of different vending companies, it was found that it is good to install the machine in the office though there can be other different options. Since the area around the company is more industrial, there are different effects it has to the company either for the company or the employees as well as customers. It takes much time for the employees to go for a meal while other companies may be operating at that time which can lead to less effectiveness of the company. 1. Using Vendor Queen Company: For this option, there will be the total monthly cost for soda of $630 ($30 for Acme and $600 for employees), and $480 ($60 for Acme and $420 for employees) for snacks.
