SUBJECT: Bringing food and drinks nearby employees.
After considering and analyzing employees’ wish and the cost of installing vending machine basing on brochures of different vending companies, it was found that it is good to install the machine in the office though there can be other different options. Since the area around the company is more industrial, there are different effects it has to the company either for the company or the employees as well as customers. It takes much time for the employees to go for a meal while other companies may be operating at that time which can lead to less effectiveness of the company. 1. Using Vendor Queen Company: For this option, there will be the total monthly cost for soda of $630 ($30 for Acme and $600 for employees), and $480 ($60 for Acme and $420 for employees) for snacks. The main benefit to working with this company is that it does not charge the installation fee. (Vendor Queen Brochure, n.d.)
This shows that the company will spend the total of $90 per month while employees will spend $1,020 per month. So, the total monthly cost is $1,110.

2. Work with Superior Soda Vending Company: The services of this company include two parts: one for a company with greater or equal to 50 employees and the other for the company with few than 50 employees (Superior Sodas’ Brochure, n.d.). Since the Acme Widget Company has 26 current employees, it can use the service offered to that category. With this service, there will be the following total monthly costs:
For sodas
Cost for Acme: $500 ($450 for drinks and $50 for installation) and cost for employees: $450
For snacks
Cost for Acme: $93 and $360 for
