Active Component Manning Guidance Analysis
(U) ACTIVE COMPONENT MANNING GUIDANCE. (U) (ATSG-NCOA) During Fiscal Year 13-15, Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and Active Component Manning Guidance (ACMG), will resource the Army with personnel manning guidance. Current Army priorities are reflected in the integrated requirement priority list (IRPL) and other priorities established by the Army leadership provide active component Army with personnel manning guidance that is synchronized with the Army's priorities. The key focus is to maintain end strength and to ensure the inventory meets force structure. Current coordination and strategy is to assign personnel to assist the Army to attain the required combined arms proficiency earlier in the train/ready phase of the army force
