Identify the major weaknesses of the Cleveland Callback Project; explain the measures and tactics that should have been put in place from the start and to outline the solutions to improve the performances of the project.
Develop a Gantt Chart for the project showing the critical task and the Go-Live date
Suggest a tactical option to bring the Go-Live forward
To generate an overall budget for project.
To evaluate the overall cost of the project.

Harrison and Locks (2004) defined a project as “a unique non-repetitive undertaking. Everything must start from a scratch” a project should have a well defined scope, responsibilities must be allocated to the people involved, work must be scheduled, carefully budgeted and resources carefully managed.

DEFINING A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT According to Mootanah (2013), a number of criteria can be used to define the success of a project, these includes:
Project Goal: this is a planned long time objective of a project.
Project Purpose: is the near-term effect of the project on the client(the user of its output)
Project Outputs: the outcome of a project.
Project Input and Activities: this is defined by the time, cost and scope of the project.
MEASUREMENT OF THE SUCCESS OF A PROJECT Three keys use in measuring the success of a project are:
Time: a successful project is one that completes its life cycle within the stipulated time.
Cost: a project that satisfies its stakeholders within a set budget is a successful project.
Quality: a successful project is one whose output produces its initial specification.
In general a successful project is one which the stakeholders are satisfied with its final result or outcome.
