The advantages and disadvantages of living in a block of flats

To begin with, it is said that living in a block of flats is very uncomfortable but many people do not agree. With such view a block of flats helps to find a lot of friends and deepen our communication skills. So what are the advantages and disadvantages of living in a block of flats?

One the one hand, living in a block of flats is advantageous for many reasons. Firstly, people who live in a block of flats are friendlier than people who live in houses. Actually, if you need some help, you can ask your neighbour to help to you. Secondly, children can communicate with their peers so they will develop good communication skills. Thirdly, a block of flats are usually in a centre of city so there are many shops, places to relax and it also saving our time to getting to work.. So living in a block of flats is very beneficial.

One the other hand, living in a block of flats has some negative aspects too. To begin with, noise is a traditional problem in a block of flats. Some people want to have loud parties, so it is one of the biggest problems. Moreover, life in a block of flats is very dangerous. Your car could be stolen or even worse your child could disappear or start communicating with not right people. Finally, life in a block of flats is quite expensive. Everyone must pay for a lot of bills. Besides, central heating, hot and cold running water prices are very high.

To sum up, living in the block of flats has more advantages than disadvantages. People who live in a block of flats are friendlier and more
