Albert Einstein biography essay

Albert Einstein was born in 1879 on March 14th. He was born at Ulm, in Wurttemberg, Germany, born into a Jewish family. When Einstein was first born his mother said that he had an abnormally sized head, and his grandmother said that he was fat. As a kid Albert Einstein had speech problems, he regularly rehearsed sentences in his head or under his breath until he got them right. Albert was a late talker his parents were worried, his first time talking was at the dinner table one night when he says “The soup is too hot” in awe his parents asked him why he ever spoke before he said “Because up till now everything was I order.” Thomas Sowell an author said this about speech problems, “many brilliant people developed speech relatively late in childhood. He called this condition The Einstein Syndrome.” When Einstein was just five years of age and sick in bed his father showed him a pocket compass, this sparked interest in Einstein, he thought to himself there must be some force on the compass to make it point north. Albert Einstein was very religious until he grew to the young age of twelve. In 1895 when Einstein was 17 he failed his entrance exam into the Swiss Federal Polytechnical School the math and science section he passed but failed in all the other portions of the test. Einstein went to a Trade school and then a year later was emitted into SFPS (Swiss Federal Polytechnical School). Love letters found in the 1980’s show that he was having an intimate relationship with his former student Mileva Maric, in 1902 a year before they got married Mileva gave birth to a girl Einstein never saw or met his daughter her fate remains unknown. After Einstein’s divorce with Mileva in 1919 Hans, Albert’s oldest son blamed Einstein for abandoning his mother. When Albert Einstein won the Nobel Prize for physics he didn’t give one dime to Mileva making her economic status even harder to sustain.
