The funny thing is I have actually no daily routines since everyday I have to do a different task that usually is hard.
Today, in the morning I was cleaning weapons like the tank shell tube and also machine guns which are our main weapon to hide behind when the feces hit the fan. I walked out of my worn out and somewhat ripped tent and noticed the sky was clear and it was sunny which it hasn’t been in a long time. I looked around at noticied we had moved our defenses to one side so I knew not to go over there because that is where the attack will come from that is if there even is an attack in the first place. The ground is muddy and the water we drink is also somewhat muddy so this whole camp is just plain dirty. Next to our camp are trees and in the trees are birds that sing. The birds music is the thing that keeps this camp in an nice mood. Than, there's the testing field were the soldiers practice shooting their guns. This camp is also really boring since there is no music whatsoever. The one positive thing about the camp is that it smells sort of nice since the trees next to our camp smell nice that essence covers the camps bathroom
essence. In the tents it is an whole different topic because it smells bad and sometimes we even have to sleep outside of the tent just because of the smell. The one thing I really miss about home is the long and hot showers that this camp does not have at all. Another thing I miss is the food because food here is cold and has no good taste. When the war ends and I come home I am going to take a long shower and cleanse my body of all the dirt and filth.
