Americans Should Not Be Allowed In Presidential Elections
With presidential elections coming up, many have wondered what our new president will be focusing on after their presidency. Whether it's Trump or Cinton they should both focus on the same things. There are many problems that the new president should focus on or revise. This does not mean that our current president should wait for the next elections either. Actions need to be taken now or we might not have a stable country.The main three things we should focus on , Isis, Illegal Immigrants, and Debt.
Our government is under attack. Isis is terrorising the country and the world. They have been killing people mercilessly without a stop and our president is doing nothing about it. They have killed a number of Americans and the next president needs to put it to an end. It can be done with background checks of all Muslims and monitoring all texts and calls moderately. trumps ways of no Muslims in our country, only one really matters. That way is surveillance of everything. We should watch over every phone call, read every text and email, and record everything that happens on the streets and in huge international buildings. While some may find that an intrusion of privacy, would you rather have your embarrassing puppy picture be seen by one government official or be attacked by a huge group of avoidable terrorists?
Besides terrorists we have an immigrant problem.
However that does not mean immigrants should not be allowed in our country. Many people have no choice but to come to our country. We should reform the immigration system to make it easier for people to migrate to America. They shouldn't be forced to hide in their country fearing death and then be kicked at of ours because they weren't invited. While it's true that some immigrants can be the cause of many problems that doesn't mean all of them should not have the right to a new life. This being said that also doesn't mean people should come to our country without our permission. We should have a reformed American citizen registration process. If it was already not known the process of becoming an American citizen from abroad is very complicated. You have to meet all of the specific requirements and create a passport specifically made the U.S. If our new president can reform and improve our immigration laws and
policies.
Doing all of these reformations and improvements will cost money… lots of money. This is really bad considering how much debt we are in right now. Our debt is so high that the estimated time of paying it off is 398,879,561 years. That was data taken when our debt was about 17.9 trillion dollars. Since then the number has risen greatly with our total debt around 19,010,506,019,000 USD total. Not just that, but the number is constantly rising every second. Much of that debt is due to trade with other countries especially china. About 1.24 TRILLION dollars are in our debt to china. Many people debate that we should just stop all trade with China for more reasons than just trade. Not even to mention Japan who is the third country with the most American debt.
In all conclusion, our next president has lots of problems they need to focus on. It doesn't matter who the next president is but they have a huge task ahead of them. All of our debt problems could be fixed by just slowing down our trade with other countries and maybe manufacture our own goods. Altogether we have much to work for and it starts with the next U.S president.
