I am applying for the AmeriCorps-College and Career Coach. As a recent motivated college graduate from Heritage University I have gained experience in working with underserved youth and families.

Highlights of my experience include the following:

• Coaching and mentoring high school students through the College Success Foundation to guide and to encourage post secondary education.
• Camp S.E.E.D (Social, Economic and Environmental Development) through Heritage University Enactus. Exposing underserved youth to different career paths through Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.
• Moon Jars, Educating elementary students about the importance of financial management.

    Daleville High School Junior Madison Peavler traveled to Jamaica to represent Team USA at the Martial Arts World Cup that was held on February 25th, 2017. Hundreds of competitors were in attendance and virtually every Martial Arts was represented. Madison was the only female to represent Team USA in the grappling/jiu jitsu event.
