Performance appraisal of Aminiyya School
As Aminiya School is a public school and employees work under civil service commission therefore the school appraises staffs according to civil service requirements. The current appraisal system is based on evaluation of employee’s performance based on the task that he fulfills in his duties. It is informed that in each organization’s strategic and plan department to assign tasks to the employees related to their job descriptions. According to these rules each individual has to be assigned with five targets to achieve during the year (Faizal, 2014).
In Aminiya School performance of all employee groups are evaluated once in a year. This evaluation and appraisal will be done by using an evaluation form

In Aminiya School employees are entitled with extrinsic compensation which comprises basic salary, service allowance, and bonus and overtime pay (Hoque et al., 2013). For employees who wish to go for further studies and to gain experience related to the job they perform are given equal amount of salary as for his allowance during the time of his studies. However the course the course duration should not be more than one year. This gives a huge advantage for the employee because this will assist to go higher level in his career. Furthermore it helps to build better relationship between supervisor and subordinates because of the continuous communication and discussion regarding their duties which will not be possible without the PA system.
