Introduction
The sea sessions is a three day festival located in Bundoran Co. Donegal in the beautiful north west of Ireland that has been described as being one of the best surf, skate and music festivals in Europe. Now in it's second year (2009) and continuing into it's third in 2010 offers a weekend of over forty live music acts, surfing, skating, arts, food and bars along with the natural charm of Bundoran town for young and old all for a price of €53.50 for a weekend ticket and €35 for a single day ticket making it easy to see why this is a very desirable destination for any would be festival goer.
In this report I hope to represent the festival from a neutral view point and give you an insight into what the weekend of festivities is like from the attendee’s perspective.

Perspective Of Attendee
Having attended the Cois Fharraige festival in Co. Clare the previous year and being an enthusiast of the surfing scene, myself and a few friends of mine on the back of some positive word of mouth decided that this would be a festival well worth attending, and also to see what Donegal has to offer for the Irish surf festival market. Seeing as it was a three day festival and having learned from previous experiences attending other festivals we decided to take advantage of the fact that it was located in the within town itself and rent an apartment located fifty meter's from the festival grounds for the weekend rather than bare the uncanniness of the usual events involved in sleeping in a tent on a makeshift camp site.
The event itself was held on Friday June 26th to Sunday June 28th 2009 inclusive. The original concept and intention was to be Bundorans answer to Cois Fharraige and to become Ireland's premier surf festival incorporating a weekend surfing competitions, skating and music festival entertainment into one.
