The role of a dietitian is not to "transform" individuals but to help them build healthy relationship with food. An individual can be large and healthy, or skinny and unhealthy, I think that the size does not matter, what matters is how the person feels. Some seek to lose weight, others try to gain weight. Dietitian must use their scientific knowledge to meet the needs of clients. As well, clients who avoid dietitians because of their size need to be educated, because the size does not always reflects health.

Get to know yourself and what you stand for. I believe that it is important to know ourselves in order to know our capacity. Knowing our ability, strength or weakness will help us in our entrepreneurial journey. However, It may be challenging to perform a self-study as sometimes we are not conscious of our acts.
