In the story, Allison shows characteristics of being a manipulator. She waits for her mate to get drunk and falsely accuses him of cheating the next morning, knowing that everything is a blur. In result, the husband feels bad about it and tried to make it right. In this generation, people, especially teens, accuse their significant others of cheating to cover up their wrongdoings and these are not the acts of an admirable woman. An admirable woman is peaceful and understanding. She does not make false accusations and crucify her mate in the dark.
Although Allison claims that men choose their women based on their money and looks, she chose husbands one through four based on the exact thing. Women marry multiple times, because each man will give her something she lacks or one has more than the other, whether it is in money or looks. Some women even stoop as low as murder and deceit, because they cannot be stuck with such a “burden” as they call their past lovers. In the end, it is all just a game for her. Therefore, her actions do not make her an admirable woman. An admirable woman gives herself time to heal after a loss and waits for God to bless her with another mate or
