Crystallinity of SAPO-5 With Molar Composition The given mixture composition (Al: 1.3 P: 0.8Si: 1.2TEA: 100H2O ; Al: 1.3P : 0.05Si: 1.2TEA: 100H2O ; Al: 1.3P : 0.05Si: 0.2TEA: 100H2O) is used to study the overall effect of silicon in AFI framework.The SiO2 magnitude is varied mole ratio from 0 to 1.0 of the given SiO2 to Al2 .The crystals SEM images that is obtained by using various contents of silicon are representing the sample produced in the absence of silicon in reactant gel is similar to the long rod like hexagonal structure , which is also the characteristics of AlPO4-5 having an AFI structure.At the time of loading SiO2 into the gel chemical composition ,the morphology of crystal became platter like hexagonal and short structure.

In the crystallinity of SAPO-5, the shapes of micropores catalyst (SAPO) , its size and acidity is used to determine the life time , selectivity and acidity for the acid based catalysed reaction.In the given graph, SAPO samples is present , the samples that has low SAPO-5 sample is indicated the minimum selectivity to the compound concentration as compare to the other samples, which should be considered as quite larger in crystallization size.

    First, .26mL of 2.0mmol methyl Salicylate was measured and put into a reaction vial along with 2.5mL of 6M NaOH and a stir bar. The sample became a cloudy white color. The reaction vial was then connected to a reflux heating set-up and allowed to boil for twenty minutes until the cloudy white color dissolved into a clear liquid and then was allowed to cool.
