➢ A great selection of room types
Our rooms are the ultimate advantage of the property. We can offer as many as 4 guestroom types, 4 suite types and 8 private residencies. In doing so we can show flexibility in hosting large groups like corporate or families with 2 or more children.
Weaknesses

As we consider our property a relatively new one to the market, our brand name might not be recognized among a wide public at first, causing the resort to struggle within the first two or three years to make reasonable profits

Threats
➢ Increased competition
Located in an attractive destination, we face a tough competition from other properties that are also willing to capture a guest’s attention. Among our competitors we highlight those who are posing danger for our business to run well.
➢ Similar services to competitors
➢ Poor infrastructure
As we examine our SWOT analysis, our company is experiencing a scarcity of infrastructural objects including roads and restaurants situated nearby. So it might cause a problem to customers reaching our resort by their vehicles. There is the only one state highway in the surrounding area. If a guest desires to eat out at the nearest restaurant, he or she will have to walk a long distance to one of those facilities. The nearest restaurant stands more than 3 miles away from our

a.) The pricing strategy for a new product should be developed so that the desired impact on the market is achieved while the emergence of competition is discouraged. Two basic strategies that may be used in pricing a new product are skimming pricing and penetration pricing. As the business adviser for Alba and Gavigan, I recommend a price skimming strategy for pricing merchandise. Penetration pricing occurs when a company launches a low-priced product with the goal of securing market share. Penetration pricing requires extensive planning to properly execute a penetration-pricing strategy, the company first must gear up for mass production and then launch a sizable advertising campaign to publicize its new low-priced product (Monger, 2012). Both steps are expensive, so penetration-pricing strategies might not work well for small businesses. In addition, if your company’s forecasts for consumer demand are off, you could end up with a large stockpile of unwanted products. Penetration pricing also do not allow you to take advantage of an eager market of customers with money to spend and a willingness to do so. Skimming pricing is the strategy of establishing a high initial price for a product with a view to “skimming the cream off…

A boardwalk signifies relaxation and entertainment. What better place to build a fabulous boardwalk entertainment village than in the tourist capital of America beautiful Las Vegas, NV, to be more specific, Lake Las Vegas. This is a lush lakeside retreat located only 15 minutes east of the famous “Las Vegas Strip.” It is surrounded by natural red rocks and borders the Lake Mead Recreational Park. Several other hotels have already graced this manmade lake along with two award winning golf courses, and gourmet restaurants and exquisite shopping. Currently, there are two lakeside parcels remaining with great frontage and access to the shops and golf as well as many aquatic activities including sailing, fishing, canoeing, and small boating. Development of the structure would be made through a partnership with Lake Las Vegas LTD, the chief land owner within this region. We feel that with a strategic partnership with the land owner, in the form of a land lease, our overall build-out costs would be drastically reduced and would yield pleasant tax incentives for this form of business structuring.…

A brand synonymous with private villas, tropical garden spas, and retail galleries promoting traditional craft, Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts received its first guest in 1994 in Phuket, Thailand. Since then, it had grown into a leading manager and developer of niche and premium resorts, hotels and spas in Asia Pacific. Despite having minimal advertising, Banyan Tree achieved global exposure and a high level of brand awareness through the company’s public relations and global marketing programs. Much interest was also generated by the company’s socially responsible business values and practices caring for the social and natural environments.
