People need a leader for things like that so that they are never down and motivates them the best they can. We need guidance so that we can be one with the community and one with each other we all need each other to survive because us without guidance is like a car with no engine and this is one of the main reasons that we are inclined to look for a leader. If we can't find a leader we use each other as a leader and help each other out and use each other to survive and use each others skills.
