Sterling Bay would benefit from having food and beverage stores which sells their awesome tasty and fresh seafood dishes. Including alcoholic drinks is also a good idea as the global alcoholic drinks market value is worth more than $1000 billion dollars (Research and Market, 2014).
For accommodations it would be a good idea to include resorts near the beach and motels near the highway that is being built.
