This test is for cognitive impairment and older adults. There are 11 questions and separate in five different domains of cognitive function which are orientation, registration attention and calculation, recall and language. Client will take about 10 minutes to do the MMSE, the staff will ask patient a number of questions, such as the day, month, year, place, memory test and follow the picture to draw. Those questions to test patient's recall memory, language and calculation ability; therefore, SSW or doctor might understand client cognitive function. They might take full advantage of the MMSE test results and given the proper diagnosis and treatment for the client. The total mark is 30. If client
