Lastly, Mr. Justice Wargrave felt no guilt or empathy towards the ten “murderers” he killed as he believed it was for the “good of humanity”. He was evil this was his excuse to be able to kill other people as he said he could not kill anyone who was innocent.

In conclusion, three characters of “And Then There Were None” can be considered evil as they have a lack of empathy and sympathy towards those hurt by their actions. Anthony Marston felt no remorse to those he ran over, yet he may not be considered evil as he said it was an accident. Therefore, he has evil traits yet is most likely not. However, Vera Claythorne and Mr. Justice Wargrave did their actions on purpose and felt nothing, making them psychopaths or sociopaths and truly evil people.
