Animation Vs. Live Action: The Tell-Tale Heart
Animation vs Live Action”

Of the two representatives of “The Tell-Tale Heart” the live action movies is better because, it had a lot of detail. It showed a lot more realistic things and had more facts about the story. It also made a lot more sense to me then the animation. Honestly I liked the live action better then the book or animation. Don’t get me wrong I love to read, but I’m also very lazy. We can learn a lot more from the live action then the animation, maybe even learn more from it then the book!

Why’ll i myself love to watch anime and animations, this one i did not. I liked the story of it and how they tried to make it more interesting adding their own things. I wasn’t a big fan of the graphics or the voice actors. I honestly

In the document “Virginian Luxuries, it is a story that revolves around deception and pure pretense. Personally, I like the book better. The movie just doesn't give enough information. It leaves out so many details from the book that it just messes up the story line. Don't get me wrong the movie was a great movie but it just wasn't good enough. It needed more details than what it had. The little details is what counts the…

The novel was far more detailed and the eloquence of the author came into play, rather than the movie where it is different lines. So, hopefully you now have a deeper understanding of the difference between the book and the movie, and fully understand the similarities and differences between the two. After a deep analysis, the book still appears better than it’s movie counterpart, just like most other book/movie…

Book vs. Movie Some people say that the movie is better than the book but is it really? In this argument I will discuss how the book is better than the movie. In this case the book “The Lightning Thief” is better than the movie because the book includes all fun and exciting scenes that help and make you use your imagination a lot more than the movie itself. The movie excludes characters that are important and some that are but, either way characters make the movie happen so they should be included they also make a better scenery.…

After all this years the most important thing I have noticed about films based on books is that they are never accurate and there is always a big difference in story. I feel like movie makers have their own opinion about a story which they think might get more people to watch movie. In the movie the main thing that changes is headless horseman becomes real where as in book Brom bones. In the movie the horseman actuallly kills people where as in book there are only sightings. In the movie Ichabod is a constable who visits sleepy hollow to investigate unusual murders in the town where as in the book he is a a school teacher. I feel like the movie was way different from the book but johney depp played the character very well and thats what made…

First of all, one of the biggest reasons the movie is better than the book is because of the quality of the flashbacks. In the book the flashbacks were more set in the past and much longer, sometimes too drawn out and a little boring for how much background story there is for just one day dream, whereas in the movie the daydreams are a bit shorter but more set in the present and more affect by what he does in that moment with little background because of how short they are and how close to the present they may be. The daydreams are usually much more exciting in the movie as well, whereas in the book it's set back to just a boring doctor surgery, that was…

One thing in particular that the book does much better is making use of complex metaphors and themes, such as: the river for life, and oneness with nature, that string themselves together as you turn each page of the book, while in the movie the metaphors and symbolism are represented in a much different way through picture. In the book, both themes regarding the river are very vivid and clear, as they use strong imagery of nature to draw pictures in the minds of the readers. In the movie both themes are represented and referred to much less because of the lack of narration.…

As I read and watched "The Tell-Tale Heart" and in the film version I noticed that they both start the same way. "The Tell-Tale Heart had a very easy way of letting us picture what was happening (not meaning the pictures)The Tell-Tale Heart also had a way of letting us picture ,and feel the story. The way he (the voice narrator)expressed the words that are in the story, it let us feel how the story should/is said. The characters were the same, they were expressed practically the same as I see it. The stories both expressed that he cared for the old man, although he did not like the mans eye while also killing the old man. The characters in both the film and story had the same wants. The setting was in the same house/rooms.…

A widely acclaimed author named Edgar Allan Poe is known for his bizarre stories on murderers, madmen and mysterious women. In his short story, “The Tell Tale Heart”, the narrator leads us through his thoughts on himself and the actions he took on the old man. The narrator cunningly devised a plan to kill an old man because of his vulture-looking eye. For him, the eye was very disturbing and he decided to forever get rid of it. He doesn’t even find himself mad for doing so. Isn’t it funny how the insane never admit to them being crazy? “The Tell Tale Heart” shows us a fine example of how insane people view themselves and what we think of them as. Thus, this essay will elaborate on the differences between the narrator’s perception of himself and the reader’s perception of him.…
