Anna Stubblefield: A Case Study
After reading the article about Anna Stubblefield, I am extremely disturbed by the treatment that an innocent individual received. Anna was accused of sexually abusing an individual she was treating who is severely physically and mentally disabled. D.J. was the name of the disabled adult being treated by Anna. The patient’s cognitive abilities have been assessed and it was concluded that his intellectual abilities is that on the level of a child. He is also physiologically incapable of muttering a single word making him unable to communicate (Engber, 2015).
