"Children are dependant on the care, empathy, and attention of adults who love them." This quote comes from page 891 of an article by Joanna Santa Barbara, on the website www.cmj.hr. This quote explains how children crave the attention and care from an adult. If a child is left without anyone to take care, and look after them, they develop depression and anxiety. The adolescent won't know how to take care of themselves. The juvenile can be put into foster care, and the homes that foster care puts many young children into now, are horrendous. Foster children are being bullied, and abused, but like I said, you need to remain happy, feel blessed by the small things.
Child abuse can come in many forms, verbal, physical, humiliation, e.t.c.. Babies who are born into an abusive household, typically seem to see the better in all things. They become very humble. The youth born into poverty seem to take everything that they do have, and make the best out of every situation. They always see the light. Now how does this tie into the Diary Of Anne Frank? Well she never seemed to give up on trying to make the situation better for everyone. She wasn't necessarily born into poverty or an abusive household, but she did face some pretty dark
