Google is a successful company but they had a rough start. They started in their dorm and with a lot of hard work and efford, they went to their garage to a bigger space with more helpers and after that they began to expand more and more until a lot of people around the world were using this browser.
Year 1996, Larry and Sergey which are the CEO’s of google, started working together on a research browser called BackRub. BackRub worked on the servey of Stanford during more than a year until it started enventually using too much bandwidth.

Then going to market penetration that is a low-risk strategy as businesses choose to focus on selling exisiting products in existing markets, to increase their market share of current products. This means that when Google started innovating with phones and new ideas they advertised more to get more people to buy this and be a part of it, and it worked out pretty well for Google.
Google is a big company and with all of this said about Google there is one thing that is the head of the company which are the employees. The employees are the nucleus of this company.
Google has so many benefits for their employees, and why? Because its for the best of google to give the more motivation and google conditions to work, because they don’t want unhappy professionals. They want workers that are always ready to work and also happy to be there. With this they have to provide some good things
