Ingredients:
3 tbsp. of Cheddar Cheese
3 Eggs
1 clove of Black Garlic
3 tbsp. of Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup of Tomatoes
¼ cup of Green Onion
A pinch of salt
A pinch of Pepper
1 cup of Spinach

Method of Preparation:
1. Get all your eggs and beat it in a large bowl. And in the same bowl, put in all your cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese (shredded), and black garlic (chopped). Then mix all the ingredients together.

Then put in all your onion (peeled and quartered), a pinch of salt, ¾ of a tsp. of stock into the casserole dish with the short ribs. Make sure to put enough stock so that ribs would be full immersed in liquid. So if you have to put more beef stock or water, just put in more.
4. Then put a lid over the casserole dish and cook the casserole dish under medium high heat in the oven for 4-4½ hours.
5. To make the Marinade (make it while your beef is cooking) Get all the ingredients you need to make the marinade and put it in a bowl/ food processor. Then put a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients until you get an extremely smooth paste. When you are done, move the paste into a non-reactive bowl.
6. When your short ribs from step 4 are done, take out your casserole dish and get your cooked ribs out of your stock (you can use the stock for your other dishes).
7. Then divide the short ribs into large chunks, and during this process, take out all the extra fat and bones.

3. Preheat an oven until it is set up to 350ºF.
4. Grease a baking dish.
5. Then boil macaroni in salted water for 5 min.
6. Whisk egg in a separate bowl and then, add butter and cheese to the egg.
7. Add chopped black garlic into the mixture.
8. Put the cooked macaroni on the baking dish.
9. Pour the egg mixture onto the macaroni.
10. Then sprinkle pepper and salt on top of the mixtures.
