Steroids Good or Bad?
Evander Holyfield stated, “Well, when I think of steroids I think of an image. You have the advantage over someone, which is a form of cheating. I guess it wouldn't be right unless it was legal for everybody. Reason it's not legal for everybody is because it can hurt people seriously” (BrainyQuote). When thinking of performance enhancing drugs (PEDs), it appears there is a shroud of mystery surrounding them. What if in the case of Jose Conseco they were just taking it to allow themselves to keep playing. What if their body hurt so bad but they did not want to give up the game they loved. Maybe at least some of these athletes just took them for their own health concerns. Consider this would you take PEDs to allow yourself to be able to move with minimal pain rather than become hobbled and in constant
