Is higher education worth it? There is no doubt that higher education is getting more and more expensive. And the cost per student has risen by almost three times since last decades. After graduation and having college degree, still miserable to step out in life with huge debts. Nowadays, many people who decided to get a loan to go to college can’t afford to buy a house, car, stating a small business and even making a family. Also, some people clime that their degrees and majors will pay off their loans back. However I believe that higher education is not worth enough it because it’s becoming expensive, not all majors have the demand in the jobs field, and kills creativities.

Sanford J, argued that college graduates are not finding it harder to get a jobs with a liberal education. And many of them are working successfully in a field like Wall Street. However, recent report by McKinsey have found that 42% of the recent liberal education graduates are in jobs are require less than a four- year college education. Furthermore, 41% of them couldn’t find jobs in their chosen field and have of them said they wouldn’t have chosen their major if they had known that.
