Back then you celebrated Thanksgiving for three days. Now you usually just celebrate it for a day for a few hours. Back then if you were Pilgrim women you would wear dress and tie your stockings. But if you were a Wampanoag and you were a man you were usually wear less clothes, like deerskin to cover up and be barefoot. Today people dress however they want, there is no strict way of dressing.
Meals back then would be different for Thanksgiving. Back then they would usually send four men to go hunting for food, they would usually bring geese, and duck. It started changing throughout the years. For example now we usually eat turkey, ham, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes.
