Did you know playing football in high school/college is harmful? Playing football in high school/college can be very harmful by being injured a lot which in other terms ending your football career. If you end your career you can’t play anymore. You can’t play anymore because of the injury. youth sports are harmful because of sport injuries, better resources, and less physically mature.
Youth sports are helpful because of youth development,, school sports being justified, and it benefits students. Even knowing football can be harmful it can also be helpful at the same time.     From my knowledge about football, I do think that football is dangerous for high school players. There are studies done that have proven there are more high school players getting hurt then the college players. “According to the study, published in the August 2007 issue of The American Journal of Sports Medicine, four out of every 1,000 high school football exposures resulted in an injury, while eight out of every 1,000 collegiate football exposures in an injury.” In a way, high school football players tend to get injured easier because they are not fully developed like the adults.
