Argumentative essay on democracy
Imagine living in a place where the government is all a Democracy in all parts of the world. Democracy is a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. Democracy is a strong form of government because it prevents monopoly of authority, it makes for a responsible and stable administration, and it allows a little chance of revolution.
How Democracy stands is by the three branches of their government which are legislative, judicial, and executive. The legislative branch is made up of two houses of congress, which are the senate and the house of representatives, the legislative branch makes up the laws. Then there is the judicial branch which is made up of the U.S Supreme Court which is the highest court of the United states. Finally, the Last branch of government is the Executive branch which is The President, the Vice President, the Cabinet which is the president helps what laws are decided. The system is based on public will, there will be little to chance of public revolt, representatives conduct state affairs with public support. This is part of democracy for the better because we need change in revolution. We care to understand this because how much democracy puts up and deals with all the different changes they make. Democracy often functions with consensus, so the question of revolution would not rise. This is important because if we did not have public will this type of government would not be a good government.
