If the the students only had to try and make enough for a 2 year college then there would be no problem but since it is a 4 year college the money gap is just too much. Tuition varies between In-State and Out-of-State students. Tuition for an In-State student is about $3,750, while the tuition for an Out-Of-State student is about $9,760. Tuition fees include several necessities such as transportation, medical, student activities, eagle card and more. I personally do not think it is fair that Out-Of-State students have to pay so much more than In-State
