The problem is that many parents are not responsible, or they may be in some ways but do not have the full capabilities to take care of a child. So there have been many types of research on whether or not procreating should be banned. Many people may agree while many others would not. Just like there are two sides to everything and there are always people opposing each other. But given the amount of kids that starve each day, or are neglected, or are unhealthy, or just lack a simple lifestyle which everyone should at least have then procreating should unquestionably be either limited or come with a license. Just like we are required to pass a drivers exam to earn a driver's license, or pay the library for a book then the same should happen with children. Being given the gift of a child is astonishing and it should be earned. We must also enhance sex education more frequently in schools as well as a home health class. That way all females and males are well prepared for anything that comes their way whether it is accidental or not.
