An intermediate link is a link between one species and another. If Macroevolution did happen, there should be more definitive fossils of intermediate links found all over. There should also be a great deal more of fossils that are in between two creatures not just a few that could possibly be interpreted as intermediate links. Also if macroevolution is correct then it should have still been occuring today. After all the theory of Macroevolution comes from Charles Darwin who believed in the ideas of Lyell and Malthus. Lyell believed in Uniformitarianism which we would still be seeing effects of this in many things
