My ancient greek mythology goddess is Artemis. She is the Goddess of the virginity, hunting, childbirth, child protection, the moon, chastity , and the natural environment. Artemis’s Father and Mother are Zeus and Leto, although she has another sibling Artemis’s syballing is a Goddess named Apollo, Apollo is Artemis twin sister. After being hunted by the Zeus’s other wife Hera. Leto found shelter on a island of Ortygia. This is where Artemis was born. Artemis's Roman name is Diana
Artemis got here goddess names by what she has done in her past. Artemis got here childbirth talent by giving birth to her twin brother, and from there she was the protector of childbirth. After this happened Artemis begged her father to grant her a wish, and that wish was to have capacity and virginity. Therefor would never give into potential lovers. She became a hunting Goddess and a nature Goddess, so she never got married. Artemis protected the wild and the tamed animals from the world. …show more content…
Artemis only had one person win her heart and that was Orion.
Orion was a hunting companion of Artemis. Sadly he was either killed by the Goddess, or by a scorpion sent by gaea. In some other myths Callisto did give birth to Arcus, but later in the myth Arcus was turned into a bear either by Hera or Artemis.
Artemis has the power to create death or healing. Her powers require a lot of responsibility, although she could use that unfairly. In some of the myths the crimes that the fellow hunters, gods, and mortals have committed, the punishments seemed quite
fair.
Deer were the only animals that were sacred with Artemis. The very first animal that she ever captured was the deer. The first one to be exact was five golden horned deer. Artemis harness the deer to her chariot. These deer is one of the most beautiful deer in Mythology.
