There are concerns regarding Bill Gates return since his departure from the day to day business activities in 2008. The concerns arise because it places questions on his ability to influence new products since he has been primarily focusing on his charitable foundations and his chairman duties which don’t probably include in depth discussions on product research and development. It looks like Microsoft has to make some decisions to change and focus on going in a new direction if it wants to maintain its place within in the market place.
