ARTICLES OF PARTNERSHIP of EarthSunday Productions KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, the undersigned, all of legal age and residents of the Republic of the
Philippines have on this day, covenanted to establish a partnership, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY: ARTICLE I.
That the name of the partnership shall be:
EarthSunday Productions ARTICLE II.
That the principal office of the Partnership shall be located at blablah address ni Jezrel sa
Manville.
ARTICLE III. That the names, citizenship, residence and designation of the partners of said partnership are as follows:

2. To conduct business related to graphics design and layouting including business promotion and advertising;
