1.0 Overview of the preposed
David and his wife have been a D.A. a garden supply and nursery business .in the starting they was getting profit and after they opened cafe in nursery and they are getting lose from their income but they want to increase their business and sale . They are trying to do. The main problem for the D.A. Garden Supplies is that nursery sales and garden supplies because they have competition from Bunning’s Store about two kilometres away. Sometimes they have sale to attract to the customer sale on the item or discount on the item what we want and that are helpful to us. Sometimes they have helpful staff to the customer. We have to check the internal records financial and sales records. Nursery sales have dropped by 5% in the last 2years. These sales of these products currently contribute 41% to over all prophets. Their garden supplies sales have also dropped by 5% although the last year. Their land scalping project numbers have been flat, however the size and profit on each project has grown slightly. Cafe trade has been steadily increasing for the last three years and as result profits from this have been growing at a rate of 2-3% per annum currently contributing 15% to the overall profit of the business.
2.0Report
According for our first task review, I prepare a report which includes three sections
A preliminary project scope for D.A Garden supplies.
Data gathering approaches.
A final revision of the draft objectives.
