Studying and working has been through a significant change since the early ages. Before teamwork was introduced, personal skill was the only attributes that employers or other people look for in a person. Now, they must look for teamwork, adaptability and communication. These aspects are important in any teamwork whether it is in the workforce or in schools similar to what Bolman suggest that ‘Much of the work in large organisations in now done in small groups or team. When those teams work badly, as they often do, they can block even the most talented individuals from realising their potential’ (Bolman et al, 1992); evidently, experiencing first hand the success, complications and failures of teamwork whilst collaborating for the presentation.
1. What factors do you think contributed to the level of success your team achieved?

Team 1 started their progress positively; the group was interactive and very responsive through the forum. Even though no official allocation of roles, but members actively suggested and completed their tasks diligently. Even unspoken of, Andrew Poloczek became the initiator and was actively engaging his fellow team members to inspire and remind them of their commitment.
