Introduction This paper explores the documentation of the claims for diseases that were caused by nuclear testing in the Marshall Islands. Many suggest that cancer and other diseases in these islands have been caused by the nuclear testing in the Pacific. I chose this topic because I was always interested in the overall culture of the Marshall Islands. In fact, last year the tiny island of Tuvalu send 79 students to this school with full scholarships. This included room, board, tuition, and even monthly stipend in which are all paid by Cuba. This medical school is also accredited by the California Medical Association which qualifies graduates of this school to practice medicine anywhere in the United States. In fact, students from poor regions of the United States attend this school with full scholarships that even the Pell Grant cannot compare
